Order Processing
Each order is processed within 3 business days. During this time, our team carefully prepares and inspects each item to ensure it meets our quality standards before shipment.
Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
After your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, LuxSociety is no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
All delivery concerns must be directed to the carrier using your tracking information.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. LuxSociety is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxsociety421@gmail.com with photos and your order details. While replacements are not guaranteed, we will review each case individually to assist where possible.
International Shipping
At this time, LuxSociety ships exclusively within the United States. Future international availability will be announced through our official channels.
